Job summary

Banner Baywood Medical Center's Emergency Department in Mesa, AZ is a busy 68-bed Level III Trauma Center. The ED Tech supports clinicians, performs procedures, and delivers patient care in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time evening-shift position (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) requires EMT-based qualifications, BLS, and strong communication. You will assist with exams, monitoring, specimen collection, and maintaining stock and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required; EMT-B or higher with licensure.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform EKG testing and vital sign measurements.
• Set up and assist with patient exams and minor procedures under supervision.
• Accurately document patient information and communicate changes to care team.
• Monitor supply levels and assist with department operations.
