Provides administrative support for the Behavioral Health Crisis patients; performing a variety of specialized and confidential clerical functions related to the processing of behavioral health encounters. Acts as a liaison between clinical staff, behavioral health crisis care programs, psychiatric care facilities, and public officials. In this role, the assistant ensures effective interdisciplinary collaboration for each behavioral health crisis encounter while adhering to all applicable policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Education/Certification: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience: Previous experience in Mental or Behavioral Health is preferred but not required.
