Job summary

Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital in Beachwood, OH, is seeking an RN to join our 24/7 Emergency Department. You will care for patients from admission to discharge, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and use state-of-the-art technology in a magnet-certified setting.

Minimum qualifications include nursing degree, current RN license, BLS; ACLS/PALS within one year; new grads considered with inpatient exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• ACLS and PALS certification within one year of hire.
• New grad or limited inpatient RN experience or transition from non-inpatient to acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and revise patient care priorities based on acuity and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk and initiate corrective actions.
• Document in patients' medical records.
• Participate in residency core curriculum and ongoing education.
