Job summary

Qualifications

• RNs with less than 12 months' experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and prepare individualized care and education with patient and family involvement.
• Implement and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team; delegate appropriately.
• Evaluate patient response and revise care plans as needed; maintain timely documentation.
