Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care and promote positive outcomes. Under supervision, you will coordinate patient care through the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes reviewing patient needs, devising individualized care plans, administering medications, reconciling records, and evaluating responses to interventions to meet defined goals of care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensure direct and proper care.
• Analyzes patient information, including medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional interventions needed to meet goals of care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
