Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Effingham, IL. This is a full-time night position from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for experienced RNs.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and RN licensure in the state. BLS is required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP are based on patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing program and licensure in state of practice
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable based on patient population
• BSN preferred; CCRN/CEN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, document care
• Adhere to department policies and safety protocols
