Job summary
Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking an ED Registered Nurse (RN) for a Greenfield, Iowa-based position. The role focuses on emergency care in a fast-paced environment with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour weekly schedule.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications, plus at least 1 year of nursing experience. A generous sign-on bonus of $15,000 and relocation assistance are offered.

Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions.
- Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Accurately document patient care in Cerner.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
- Maintain patient safety and quality standards.
