Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital's Emergency Department is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for our Level I Trauma Center. Join a fast-paced team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with exposure to trauma, cardiac, stroke, and critical care cases.

RNs must hold a valid RN license with BLS within 90 days of hire; BSN preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance are available, along with tuition support, career development, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Registered Nursing required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• RN license required.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• NIHSS, TCRN, SCRN, TNCC, CEN, PALS, and ACLS preferred.
• Emergency Department experience preferred; motivated nurses who are ready to grow in emergency nursing are encouraged to apply.
