Job summary

PVH Potomac Valley Hospital in Keyser, WV is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide inpatient nursing care using the nursing process. You will deliver competent clinical care, follow established policies, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to meet patient needs across life spans.

You will apply critical thinking, mentor colleagues, and participate in quality improvement and policy development to ensure safe, high-quality care. A BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire date.
• Two years of registered nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes patient diagnoses, problems, and goals to meet patient and team needs.
• Serves as resource for patient and family learning.
• Coordinates with interprofessional team to manage changing priorities.
• Function as independent team member to provide safe, high-quality care.
