Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking an RN to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supervise LPNs and PCAs, and coordinate communication with physicians and families.

This full-time, rotating shift opportunity offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, wellness programs, education reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance including dental and vision, paid time off, retirement planning, and life insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• No previous experience required.
