Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a dedicated RN to join our patient care team at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center. This full-time role provides 36 hours per week with rotating shifts, delivering assessment, planning and direct care across units.

You will supervise LPNs and PCAs, coordinate with physicians and families, and participate in care continuity. A current Iowa RN license is required; BSN preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
