Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an RN to lead auditing and compliance activities within our hospital ED. The role conducts audits, reviews patient charts, and analyzes data to improve regulatory adherence and patient safety.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, implement process improvements, and communicate findings to leadership. Required: RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and 1–2 years leadership or auditing in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a hospital ED or auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies.
• Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes.
• Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams.
