Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience with patient registration and using computer systems such as Meditech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced ER environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with private ED registration.
• Verify patient demographics accurately for those seen in the ED.
• Answer calls from departments to complete check-in or admissions.
• Assist others with registration tasks to support the team.
• Maintain accuracy in patient access documentation and processes.
