Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer services and guide Peer Recovery Support Specialists.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and advocacy to ED patients with SUD.
• Assist in linking patients to MOUD and community resources.
• Document patient encounters in the EMR.
• Collaborate with ED physicians, nurses, social workers, and case management.
• Participate in departmental meetings and grant-related initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
