Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years in peer recovery support.
• CRSS certification or equivalent preferred; must obtain within one year.
• NCPRSS preferred; experience with OUD and ED settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer services and supervise Peer Recovery Support Specialists.
• Refer clients to MOUD and community recovery resources.
• Transport and assist with navigating treatment resources.
• Document encounters in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with ED staff to support patient care and recovery planning.
• Participate in departmental meetings and grant-related initiatives.
• Follow protocols and Good Clinical Practice standards.
