Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is seeking a Paramedic for the Emergency Department on a PRN basis. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with ED procedures, monitoring patients, data collection, and education for patients and families. A GA paramedic license and national registry are required, with 2+ years of field or hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; paramedic program graduation.
• Active Georgia paramedic license and national registry required.
• Minimum 2 years paramedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ED patient care under RN direction.
• Greet and interview patients, input medical data.
• Perform EKG, monitor cardiac status, venipuncture, point-of-care testing.
