Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks an ED Paramedic to join the Coors PresNow team in a fast-paced emergency department.

You will perform advanced patient care within the state-approved scope, monitor vital signs and rhythms, document electronically, and support admissions, transfers and EMS coordination.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required.
• Current NM Paramedic License required.
• 2-5 years paramedic experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS is required.
• EMS Dispatch experience preferred.
• 2 years ED patient care experience including triage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join Presbyterian’s Emergency Department team as a Paramedic in a fast-paced ED.
• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms; document in the EHR.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and coordination with EMS.
• Maintain equipment readiness and ensure safe patient flow.
• Communicate patient status to nurses and providers; support department operations.
