Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Department Paramedic to join the clinical team at Androscoggin Valley Hospital in New Hampshire. You will provide high-quality care in the ED and may accompany EMS on transfers based on acuity, following NH state protocols and WMC standards of care.

The role reports to the Emergency Department Manager and Director. Requires paramedic education, state licensure, and continuing certifications with strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Paramedic Program.
• NRP Certification required, must be obtained within one year of employment.
• MOAB required within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates current clinical competence and excellence in clinical practice as outlined in skills competency tool.
• Accepts responsibility for clinical practice as a Paramedic in the ED and adheres to NH EMS Protocols.
