Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an RN to supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and work with physicians to implement care plans.

Active RN licensure is required with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on the unit. This role may involve additional duties as assigned within nursing scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending upon area assigned.

Responsibilities

• General supervision and coordination of nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Additional duties may be assigned within the scope of the role.
