Qualifications

• Promote leadership and commitment to quality management in ED.
• Coordinate recruitment and staff communications with recruiter.
• Conduct timely evaluations for ED staff and assist in goal setting.
• Provide a climate for staff to seek feedback and act on it.
• Assist with ongoing education planning for ED staff.
• Liaise with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Supervise multi-position employees to support ED goals.
• Support Emergency Management and patient safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Promote the process approach and risk-based thinking to improve the quality management system.
• Assess and coordinate patient care in collaboration with the ED Director and medical staff.

• Ensure proper access controls and resource identification for the ED.
