MultiCare Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager at Allenmore Hospital in Tacoma. You will lead nursing staff, oversee department operations and drive high-quality patient care. A strong focus on collaboration across disciplines supports outcomes for patients and families in a hospital setting.

Required: RN license in Washington, a Bachelor's in Nursing, plus 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years in leadership roles. Advanced nursing degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MSN/DNP/ARNP preferred.
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• Five years of clinical experience in a professional/technical role preferred.
• Three years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices.
• Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources.
• Foster collaboration between nursing, physicians and other disciplines to meet patient care outcomes and department plans.
• Coordinate operations of assigned units and provision of resources.
• Facilitate cost-efficient, high-quality patient care delivery.
