The role requires RN licensure in North Carolina with at least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 in emergency care, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Leadership and communication skills are essential to drive standards and staff development.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN licensure in North Carolina is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in emergency care.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing and material resources across ED to ensure safe, cost-efficient, high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor operations and promote quality customer service and positive guest relations in clinical areas.
• Address and resolve patient/family complaints in real time.
• Oversee staff competency, development, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with ED leadership to align communications and ED operations.
