Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required with 2–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and manage staff in the ED to meet departmental goals.
• Hire, train, assign work, evaluate performance, and develop staff with coaching and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure productivity aligns with department leadership and budget goals.
• Participate in staffing, revenue, or expense budgeting and monitor variances.
• Provide patient care according to interventions and document per policy.
• Develop and implement collaborative plans of care based on assessment and medical treatment.
• Review staff hours, approve payroll, reconcile time cards, and track bonuses.
• Coordinate staff communications, lead huddles, and manage meetings.
