PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center in Cottage Grove, OR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Emergency Department. This part-time role (0.60 FTE) covers evening shifts (1000-2230) with a pay range of $22.65 - $33.97 per hour. Join a fast-paced ED that values patient-centered care and teamwork.

You will support nurses, document care, and help with patient comfort and safety in a busy community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon CNA credential is required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs.
• Take and document vital signs and patient information.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support patients in movement and comfort measures.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Maintain stocked rooms and assist with department operations.
