Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with one (1) year experience in acute Hospital setting or in ambulance.
• BCLS required; EMT Certification preferred; Basic arrhythmia course preferred.
• TNCC within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff.
• Implements directions from physicians and nursing staff.
