Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Active NH RN license required.
• ACLS and PALS certification encouraged; TNCC/ENPC/CEN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing resources and manage throughput and capacity in the Emergency Department.
• Facilitate patient flow and coordinate daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
• May function as an RN as outlined in ED RN job description.
• Collaborate with inpatient units to coordinate admitted patient flow.
