About the Role

As Executive Director, you will:

• Define and execute Clinical Data Science strategies for global development programs.
• Serve as the primary data science representative to health authorities, influencing regulatory perspectives.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML methodologies for disease modeling, biomarker analysis, and precision medicine.
• Oversee large-scale initiatives ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, shaping best practices.
• Lead and mentor a global team of data scientists and managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership in clinical trial design and data science integration.
• Innovation in AI/ML applications for imaging, genomics, proteomics, and precision medicine.
• Regulatory engagement and defense of data strategies.
• Operational excellence in GxP compliance, vendor management, and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or related computational sciences.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical development, data science, and biostatistics.

• Proven regulatory engagement and external presentation experience.
