Director Biostatistics – Lead Innovation in Clinical Development

Are you a strategic thinker ready to shape the future of clinical research? We’re looking for an experienced Director Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy and innovation across global clinical development programs.

In this senior role, you’ll play a key part in driving decision-making across product development, regulatory submissions, health technology assessments, and commercialization efforts. You'll guide study design, interpret data for high-level governance, and influence external stakeholders including health authorities and advisory boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead statistical strategy across clinical programs, from design to regulatory submission.
• Quantify benefit-risk profiles and communicate findings across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and coach statistical teams; promote statistical excellence.
• Represent the company in external engagements such as regulatory meetings and industry conferences.
• Explore and implement novel methodologies and data science approaches.

What You Bring:

• MSc/PhD in Statistics or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials and regulatory interactions.
• Experience in vaccines is a plus
