Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health.
• Licensed in DC as LPC, LICSW, or LISW.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate psychiatric assessment process with attending psychiatrists.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and review treatment plans; conduct groups as needed.
• Facilitate family/marital therapies and contribute to treatment plan development.
• Maintain education and liaison with nursing homes, units, and referral sources.
