Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs and regulations.
• Provide developmentally appropriate, evidence-based instruction.
• Assess student progress and use data to guide instruction.
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, OTs, PTs, psychologists, social workers.
• Support academic, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive skills.
• Create an engaging, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavioral supports.
