Qualifications

• MN teaching license as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Master's degree or equivalent is necessary.
• Experience working with students with Communication Disorders needed.
• Knowledge of special education due process procedures is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify communication disorders using district recommended methods.
• Serve as case manager by developing and maintaining IEPs.
• Provide direct instruction to students to remediate communication disorders.
• Collaborate with general education teachers on speech and language curriculum.
• Maintain and promote confidentiality per data privacy legislation.
