Digioh, the leading zero-party data and conversion optimization platform for over 3,000 direct-to-consumer brands, is hiring an Ecosystem Marketing Manager to accelerate growth through partner and event marketing. In this role, you’ll report to the SVP of Marketing and play a key role in sourcing and building pipeline through strategic partner campaigns and event-driven initiatives.

You’ll be joining a marketing team that drove 85% year-over-year closed-won revenue growth from 2023 to 2024. In 2025, nearly 50% of closed-won revenue has come directly from partner marketing — and we’re looking to build on that momentum with a talented ecosystem marketer who can help us scale what’s working.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and own our partner and event marketing motion — with plenty of room for creativity, strategic thinking, and direct impact.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive pipeline from partner marketing by executing campaigns with strategic agency and technology partners. Tactics may include: Tactical playbooks, Onsite and co-branded content, Case studies, Videos and audiograms, Webinars, Internal enablement materials
  • Own and scale our event marketing strategy, from large conferences to field events — including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to attend amazing events that not only get you face-to-face with our customers and most important partners, but are a lot of fun as well!
  • Manage an annual event/partner marketing budget of $200,000–$250,000.
  • Lead Digioh’s flagship webinar series, Creating Marketing Efficiency, from planning to execution.
  • Own a closed-won revenue target tied to all partner and event marketing programs.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
  • Partner with our Partnerships Leader to build and maintain strong relationships with key agency and technology partners to ensure long-term collaboration and co-marketing success.
  • Distribute partner-focused content via email, social, and other outbound channels.
  • Coordinate with ecosystem advocates and partner champions to expand campaign reach and credibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Partnerships to support integration launches.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to build repeatable, scalable marketing systems.
  • Confidently report performance and learnings to the SVP of Marketing and Partnerships Leader. Regularly analyze and optimize campaigns for stronger conversion, engagement, and ROI across channels.
  • Keep projects moving with strong organization and project management skills.
  • Support the creation of partner enablement materials and training assets to drive referrals and adoption.

Note: This role is not just event marketing or just partner marketing. It’s a hybrid role designed to build an ecosystem that directly supports our sales and partnerships motion.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in partner marketing, event marketing, and/or demand generation.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a “figure-it-out” mentality.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events.
  • HubSpot proficiency (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
  • A creative, strategic mindset with an eagerness to experiment and iterate.
  • Excitement about using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, and adjacent tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Iterable, Braze, etc...
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with tools like Webflow, FIGMA, Canva, etc…
  • Proven use of AI tools in SaaS marketing workflows.
