Job summary

Gaea Global Technologies, now an Argano Company, seeks an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join our LATAM or US team. Remote, home-based office; tools provided. Requires 5+ years in implementation roles with EcoSys and Oracle Unifier, bilingual in Spanish and English, and strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting gaps, coordinating with client staff, and delivering end-to-end configurations. Domestic travel may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an Implementation Consultant role with Oracle Unifier and EcoSys (at least one required, both preferred).
• Provide on demand reports using Excel or similar software systems.
• Must be comfortable in a client-facing environment and guide configurations and implementations.
• Candidates outside the US must be bilingual in Spanish and English; both written and spoken.
• Coordinating activities within the Gaea team and the client staff.
• Requirements gathering and documenting process gaps for future resolutions.
• Set up meetings to update project status and resolutions.
• Coordinate travel and scheduling; attend meetings and take minutes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EcoSys and Unifier implementations across LATAM and US regions.
• Create and deliver on-demand Excel reports for clients.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams during configurations.
