Georgia Gwinnett College is now accepting applications for part‑time faculty positions in Economics in the School of Business for the academic year 2026‑2027. These semester‑based positions report directly to the Department Chair and may be conducted in various delivery modes (face‑to‑face, online, hybrid, or blended). They are on an as‑needed basis and require additional time outside of class for written feedback and individual meetings with students. Part‑time faculty may teach in the fall, spring, and/or summer semesters. Classes are offered in morning, afternoon, evening, and including weekends.
A minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 30 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.
Strong commitment to undergraduate education, student engagement, and service to the college and community. GGC values innovative teaching, advising, and mentoring (advising and mentoring are expected of all faculty).
