Job Summary

Georgia Gwinnett College is now accepting applications for part‑time faculty positions in Business Statistics/Quantitative Analysis in the School of Business for the academic year 2026‑2027. Positions are semester‑based, report directly to the Department Chair, and may be taught in face‑to‑face, online, hybrid or blended formats. The role requires additional time outside of class for written feedback and individual meetings with students. Faculty may serve in the fall, spring, and/or summer semesters across morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop course curricula, including the syllabus, lesson plans and graded assignments, in accordance with the upper‑division program requirements and in consultation with the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs.
  • Review, evaluate and recommend student learning materials.
  • Evaluate students to measure progress in achieving institutional and course goals.
  • Submit required paperwork related to instruction in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Qualifications

A minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 30 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Terminal degree in the teaching discipline.
  • 1‑year college‑level teaching experience.
  • Sustained professional engagement that demonstrates relevance and currency in the field of teaching.
