The role supervises staff, ensures service quality, builds partnerships with community partners, and contributes to policy and engagement work to advance economic justice for residents.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or similar certification is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two direct reports; set goals and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee Prosperity Campaign services aligning with targets and organizational goals.
• Provide high-quality financial coaching in person or remotely.
• Develop debt reduction, credit improvement, money management, and tax planning recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records and protect confidentiality.
• Build partnerships with community stakeholders and coordinate training/workshops.
• Support policy and engagement projects and involve clients in advocacy.
