Job summary

• Facilitate programs to strengthen workforce quality and quantity.
• Target recruitment efforts and negotiate with prospects.
• Work with state and local officials and manage grants.
• Prepare applications for Kansas incentive programs and documentation.
• Coordinate with industries using market research and e-marketing tools.
• Participate in community committees and organizational activities.
• Maintain and create statistical reports and data for decision making.
• Advocate for local business interests at local and state levels.
• Encourage rural development through agritourism and tourism initiatives.
• Implement quality of life initiatives to enhance community appeal.
