Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 3–5+ years in economic development or related externally facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and execute work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with businesses, clients, or stakeholders in a relationship-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM, project management, or comparable systems to manage pipelines and track activity.

Responsibilities

• Execute the City’s BRE program with primary responsibility for existing business engagement and follow-through.
• Cultivate new investment prospects aligned with priority sectors and support recruitment projects.
• Manage and maintain the business development and prospect pipeline in CRM and project management systems, including status, next steps, and outcomes.
• Prepare prospect materials, coordinate site tours, and monitor commercial property inventory and market strategic sites.
• Track activity and deliver monthly performance metrics and quarterly KPI reports.
