Job summary

Downtown Denver Partnership seeks a Coordinator, Research and Analytics to support the Center for Economic Development and Neighborhood Planning with data collection, analysis, and reporting across departments including research, planning, economic development, real estate, and mobility.

The role focuses on delivering priority initiatives through data, stakeholder engagement, and consistent reporting, contributing to credible, transparent downtown data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, data analytics, public administration, economic development, real estate, business development, or a related field.
• Experience with database management, GIS, web development, and data visualization tools.
• Experience using CoStar, Salesforce and Placer.ai is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to deliver accurate information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Why Downtown data platform and database using Excel, ArcGIS, and Salesforce.
• Analyze submarket trends with Placer.ai and other data tools.
• Support office retention and business engagement analytics.
• Track downtown transactional data and help with pipeline from Excel to Salesforce.
• Quality control during data migration and respond to small business inquiries.
• Maintain High Frequency Data Dashboard and Development Map.
• Collaborate with MarCom on external communications and data requests.
• Support economic impact reporting and market analysis.
• Assist with survey data collection and travel behavior surveys.
• Support major events planning and cross-team initiatives.
