J.S. Held is seeking an Intern to join the Economic Damages & Valuations team in a Summer 2027 internship. The role is hybrid with commuting to our Birmingham, AL local office on a hybrid schedule (Mondays and Fridays remote; Tuesday–Thursday in the office).

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing an undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics and Accounting.
• Minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 3.5.
• General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Assignments involve economic damages or business valuation analyses for litigation including family law, shareholder disputes, mergers & acquisitions, and other specialty engagements.
