Job summary

BRG is seeking Associates to join a team delivering data-driven insights for legal, business and policy matters. You will source and curate large datasets, evaluate market structure, build econometric models, forecast outcomes and prepare rigorous work products for clients and expert reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related analytical field.
• GPA 3.6 or higher preferred.
• Strong quantitative, research, problem-solving and written communication skills.
• Experience with statistical, econometric and programming tools such as Excel, Stata, R, Python, SQL or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic, financial, statistical, and industry research to support client engagements.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, test hypotheses, and develop data-driven insights.
• Support damage assessments, asset valuations, market analyses, forecasting, and regulatory or litigation evaluations.
• Assist with the preparation of expert reports, presentations, exhibits, and other client deliverables.
• Develop a practical understanding of industries, markets, legal claims, and business issues relevant to engagements.
