Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related subjects; relevant work experience a plus, but not required.
• Strong quantitative and research skills, including analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; familiarity with AI tools; ability to research to solve economic, financial, accounting, and business challenges; curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong academic track record with attention to detail and organizational skills; commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative analyses: develop data-driven models using SAS, R, Stata, Python.
• Qualitative research: synthesize literature and data to inform case strategy and analysis.
• Preparation of reports: draft expert reports, presentations, and memoranda; prepare client materials.
• Team collaboration: engage with colleagues at all levels on case work.
