About the Analyst Position: As an analyst, you have the opportunity to work on complex business problems within an inclusive and collaborative environment. Analysts can expect to work on multiple projects at a time across various practice areas and industries. Responsibilities may include:

• Quantitative analyses: you will help develop data-driven models to address complex economic and financial problems using tools such as SAS, R, Stata, Python

• Qualitative research: you will conduct research using academic and industry literature, publicly available data sources, and client materials; you will review, synthesize and apply technical accounting guidance and interpretive literature; and you will synthesize findings to inform case strategy and analysis

• Preparation of reports: you will assist in drafting expert reports, presentations, and internal memoranda, and help prepare materials for client and case team meetings

• Team collaboration: you will engage regularly with colleagues at all levels through case work

• Firm-building initiatives: you will contribute to firm life by participating in recruiting, mentoring, and inclusion initiatives; pro bono work; and other business development activities

Applicants must have at least a 3.3 GPA or higher in their most recent degree to be considered. Analysis Group will provide immigration support to qualified candidates with STEM degrees.

Candidates who will require future visa sponsorship must have a STEM‑eligible degree and at least 36 months of valid post‑graduation work authorization, such as F‑1 OPT, to join the firm. Actual compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
