Qualifications

• A bachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related subjects; relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong quantitative and research skills, including analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; familiarity with AI tools; the ability to conduct targeted research to solve economic, financial, accounting, and business challenges.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
• A strong academic track record, with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative analyses: develop data-driven models using SAS, R, Stata, Python.
• Qualitative research: review literature, data sources, and client materials; synthesize findings for case strategy.
• Preparation of reports: assist in drafting expert reports, presentations, and internal memoranda.
• Team collaboration: engage with colleagues at all levels on case work.
• Firm-building initiatives: participate in recruiting, mentoring, inclusion initiatives, and other activities.
