Job summary

Yeshnex IT Solutions seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead ecommerce initiatives from planning through launch and post-launch support.

You will define plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, coordinating cross‑functional teams across onsite and offshore partners. You will drive Agile ceremonies, manage scope changes, and provide leadership updates on risks and recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, delivery management, or Scrum leadership.
• 6+ years of experience delivering ecommerce projects.
• Experience managing Agile projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Good understanding of ecommerce systems, integrations, APIs, and customer journeys.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and handle project risks and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ecommerce projects from requirements and planning through development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project scope and manage changes to requirements, timelines, cost, and priorities.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions needed; escalate early when delivery is at risk.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication, work allocation, quality standards, and timely handoffs.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership, including progress, key risks, decisions needed, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate design, development, QA, security, infrastructure, and production-support activities.
• Manage release planning, go-live readiness, cutover activities, rollback plans, hypercare, and post-launch reviews.
• Monitor post-launch issues, site performance, conversion funnel behavior, checkout errors, and customer-service impacts.
• Understand ecommerce customer journeys: product search, browse, product pages, cart, checkout, payments, shipping, order tracking, returns, promotions, loyalty, and customer accounts.
• Work with technical teams on APIs, integrations, cloud environments, CI/CD, security, performance, data flows, and production support.
