Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Philadelphia seeks a contracted Store Manager for eCommerce to support day‑to‑day operations of about 60 artist storefronts. You will join a team of 5–6 managers, handling launches, storefront maintenance, merchandising, and inventory monitoring.

Shopify Plus experience is highly preferred; experience in omnichannel retail and coordinating with partners is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ecommerce or Retail Store Operations experience.
• Shopify Plus experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaboration with Marketing, Creative Services and Logistics.
• Experience with product launches, inventory, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for ~60 ecommerce storefronts.
• Assist Senior Store Managers with artist and label stores.
• Execute product and store launches.
• Update product information, pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Maintain storefronts and backend systems.
• Coordinate promotions and sales events.
• Monitor inventory and restocks.
• Partner with fulfillment and logistics teams.
• Support third-party integrations.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports.
• Recommend merchandising improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support digital music releases.
• Communicate updates with customer service.
