Colgate-Palmolive seeks an undergraduate Digital Shopper Marketing Co-Op Intern in Overland Park, contributing to eCommerce optimization, PDP content, and retailer-specific copy strategies.

You will support large shopper media activations, optimize PDPs for SEO, and partner with marketers to boost digital shelf visibility; this paid internship runs Jan 25, 2027 to Apr 30, 2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program, in your 3rd or 4th year in marketing, digital marketing, computer science, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support large shopper media activations across multiple key retailers, ensuring that content on pages are up to date, and create strategies on how to win at the digital shelf.
• Execute retailer-specific copy optimization, tailoring titles, bullet points, and descriptions to garner favor within specific retailer algorithms and shopper demographics.
• Optimize automated workflows for consistent PDP image and copy updates, that have built in data validation steps
• Partner with shopper marketers and retail media managers to build digital shelf visibility strategies that increase visibility at the digital shelf to drive incremental conversion
• Utilize digital shelf analytics tools to identify performance gaps and opportunities, translating data into actionable "so what" insights that deliver measurable growth to the business
