Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Shipping or related experience preferred.
• UPS/FedEx/USPS online shipping experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate at all levels and work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and other portals to fulfill orders.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing lists.
• Enter and process orders in the ERP system.
• Review orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Update product location and pick items using RF scanner.
• Provide freight quotes and coordinate outbound shipments using carrier sites.
• Prepare international shipping documents.
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory control procedures.
• Travel to plant, DC, and other locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
