Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking an eCommerce Requirements Analyst to partner with Product Management in translating business initiatives into clearly defined, executable features that power digital commerce growth. You’ll frame problems, define customer value, and align stakeholders and development teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst.
  • Direct experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product detail pages, search/navigation, cart/checkout/quoting flows, inventory visibility, order lifecycle, and account dashboards.
  • Experience writing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, development-ready requirements.
  • Experience documenting business rules, functional requirements, dependencies and risks, and success metrics.

We’re seeking a driven eCommerce Requirements Analyst to partner with Product Management in translating business initiatives into clearly defined, executable features that power digital commerce growth. This role operates at the feature level—framing business problems, defining customer value, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity and prepare initiatives for prioritization and delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories
  • Write detailed, development-ready acceptance criteria
  • Document business rules, functional requirements, risks, and success metrics
  • Map customer journeys and operational workflows to identify improvements
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications
eCommerce Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst

  • Ability to help assess impact, effort, and business value
