Job summary

EarthCam is seeking an experienced eCommerce Project Manager to own and grow the company’s digital storefront, coordinating updates, platform enhancements and integrations for B2B and consumer customers.

You will partner with Creative, Product, Software, Sales and IT to translate business goals into actionable plans, manage timelines, and optimize conversions through data‑driven analysis. A strong focus on customer experience and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise e-commerce projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and conversion optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize e-commerce website updates, layout changes and functional enhancements.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable development plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Creative, Product, Software Development, Sales, IT and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines, technical dependencies and deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion funnels and user-experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, website-speed optimization and sales-journey improvements.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of backend systems, including order management, ERP and billing integrations.
• Provide clear direction, maintain accountability and keep stakeholders informed throughout each project.
